Do you offer Emergency HVAC services?
Yes — we provide 24/7 emergency response for urgent A/C and heating issues, especially during peak seasons when comfort is critical. We aim to inspect and/or service your unit the same day, when possible. We are a small team of dads (and one mom) who know how crucial it is to have cool air during a hot Texas summer.
How much is an estimate/inspection?
Estimates are free! If you are experiencing issues and would like us to address it, please call us or fill out our contact form and we will get you on our calendar as quickly as we possibly can - sometimes same day, especially for emergency situations.
Do you hire subcontractors?
We do not hire subcontractors for any of our jobs - big or small. We only send out licensed, insured, Northwest Instant Air technicians. Many companies prioritize quantity over quality, but we are not like the others. You are guaranteed personalized, honest, ethical service from our Office Manager to our Owner and everyone in between.
